Do you have to be a Kitesurfer?

No, as long as you are comfortable in the water and can swim without tiring you are fine.

Do the wind conditions guarantee kitesurfing?

Bahia Salinas offers excellent wind conditions for wind sports enthusiast, typically ranging from 15 to 30 knots. Wind season from December to April.

Yes, that is obligatory. This must be ensured by you. We do not assume any responsibility.

What if I want to improve my kitesurfing skills and stay longer in the accommodation?

This is possible, but please let us know early enough so that we can guarantee you a place in the accommodation. We can also help you with the kite instructors or beach boys.

The closest airport is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), located in Liberia, Costa Rica.

From Liberia International Airport (LIR), you have two main options to reach La Cruz:

• 🚌 Public Bus (in the center of Liberia) – A convenient and affordable option with regular departures from Liberia to La Cruz.

• 🚖 Taxi / Uber – A faster and more direct option, ideal if you prefer private transport.
